Andy & Valeria had a gorgeous, joy-filled wedding day that I wish we could re-live all over again.
First thing in the morning when Lorissa and I walked into the house where the groomsmen were getting ready, we heard laughter. And that laughter didn’t stop till the end of the day. The groom and his groomsmen were in high spirits and had something to joke about almost constantly.
Lorissa and I both agreed this is one of the funnest weddings we’ve ever done. As a matter of fact, after we left the wedding (and mind you we were just a little too tired), we laughed until our bellies ached as we recounted all the jokes and mishaps of the day.
But in all seriousness, everything about the wedding day worked together so beautifully – the warmth of family, the adoration these two had for each other, the high energy, the color palette and florals – it was honestly such a joy and honor to be part of this day!
Valeria had told me that they weren’t naturals in front of the camera, but I strongly disagree. These two weren’t afraid to show their feelings and in my book, that’s as natural as it gets. You can see their love and exuberance shining through in the pictures. This is why I think it’s so important that you hire a photographer with whom you feel comfortable. It will make a world of a difference in how authentic and emotion-filled your photos will be.
And finally, it’s time for the pictures. I must confess, almost every wedding has me thinking, this is my favorite one yet!
